MyTattooGirls Hits Tattoo Hollywood

After missing out on the last couple of local tattoo conventions due to prior commitments, we made sure to hit Tattoo Hollywood this past weekend at the Grand Ballroom of the Renaissance Hotel.

Along with plenty of tattooing and piercing going on throughout the convention hall, there was a seminar presented by artist Shawn Barber and more than 30 contests from Friday through the end of the day Sunday, with winners for Tattoo of the Day receiving machines from Lucky Supply.

The pre-show festivities opened with an art show featuring the work of Bob Roberts titled, "Alive: The Chosen Views of Bob Roberts," which was held at Canvas L.A.

All-in-all, the attendance left a little something to be desired, but having a much more intimate setting for a tattoo convention was definitely a nice touch.

Kat Von D Got Her Tattoos Removed?!

It would be going to a seriously overdramatic extreme to say that a world without a fully tatted Kat Von D is a world not worth living in, but it's definitely one fucked-up Bizarro world, that's for damn sure.

Nevertheless, the tattooed ink-slinging star of L.A. Ink did get her tattoos removed last week, each and every one of them sexy little bad boys!

Well, kinda. Sorta. Not really.

What she did was use makeup to cover them all up, including her famous stars on her face, for a photo shoot to introduce her new line of tattoo concealer, available only at cosmetic retailer Sephora.

Aside from the $25 price tag per tube, the one major drawback to the concealer is that it only comes in flesh tones for lighter-colored skin: light, medium and tan.

Customer reviews on the Sephora website seem to be mixed, but the majority of users seem to like the stuff.

Personally, I'd much rather see her create a type of makeup that helps to bring out the colors in fading tattoos, but who am I to judge Kat mother Von fucking D?

MyTattooGirls Invades the East Coast

This is gonna be another long fucking weekend for MyTattooGirls and by the time it's all over, the East Coast will never be the same!

Already there corrupting all the girls of South Beach—if that's even humanly possible—Sascha Libido and some of the MyTattooGirls crew will be attending the InterNEXT web conference at the Westin Diplomat in Hollywood, FL. InterNEXT, which runs from Friday through Sunday, is the premier web conference for the adult industry. Don't let that fool you though. It's really more like 5% networking, 5% seminars, 90% partying.

Meanwhile, up north, little ol' Tabitha James is gonna be getting her pussy busted by a bunch of strangers, doing a shoot for a NJ-based website. Gotta admire a girl who will travel all the way cross-country to suck-and-fuck. NEWS UPDATE: MTG Set to Hit InterNEXT

Next weekend, August 7-9, Sascha Libido and some of the MyTattooGirls will be hitting Hollywood, FL, for the InterNEXT Summer 2009 Summer Conference, presented by AVN Online.

With some big plans and major changes on the horizon for MyTattooGirls.com, InterNEXT provides a great opportunity for the MTG staff to network with some of the heaviest hitters in the online game while stepping away from the stresses of the L.A.-based office.

Along with all of the various seminars, workshops and mixers at the amazing 39-story, 998-room Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa, there will be plenty of partying on nearby South Beach as webmasters, affiliates and other website representatives work to build business.

Among the scheduled events for the weekend are Dinner with the Pinup Starlets of the 21st Century, the MaleFliXXX Cock & Tail Party, the InterNEXT Bikini Invitational and the Porn Poker Tour, as well as an online-only InterNEXT Adult Domain Auction.
